Different-concept for a fire support mech, keeping it in the medium weight class, able to move at 5/8, arming it with state-of-the-art missiles that can reach out to 27! hexes, all with -1 to hit due to being mounted in the AES enabled arms. Two classic ER Medium lasers to soak the two head crits and be a good backup. Armor is a ton or so under max, CASE II ammo bin. It should be able to kill most things that can catch it, and actually could reliably kill 3/5 assault mechs by walking backwards out of range as very few weapons can get out to 27.

Ammo seems light at 42 volleys total but remember iATMs are streak, they either fire and hit with every missile, or don't fire at all (and generate no heat). Heat seems light too; if you hit with all four iATM's you are 4 on the scale, but one should consider that a small price considering the damage to the enemy of 36, 72, or even ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHT damage if you get quad-hits with all HE missiles. The AES is icing on the cake, making these basically 'Artemis iATM's'. (-1 to hit)

44 volleys seems light? Only if you actually play campaigns and need to reload. But even then, most mechs are out of ammo for their weapons, so it really isn't that light on ammo.
And if you look at game play, I doubt you will be running out in a standard game. Maybe a large extended all day game, but not too many seem to like to do that one. Also the no hit, no fire means you will be even less likely to use the ammo up, especially at long ranges.

For a suggestion, I would drop the last ton of ammo and get a basic ecm or other electronics into the unit.

Looks like an ammo dependent mech that might be used alot in the field. Battle fields would probably be an issue at times. But extra HE loads would help.

Well that is 42 volleys TOTAL, between all four iATM 9s. So only about 10 volleys per launcher, spread out between the three different range types. If anything it is ammo-light, standard ammo loadouts usually are like 15 shots/volleys per gun or missile rack. If i made a variant, since there are crits to spare, maybe I'd drop the ER mediums for two ER smalls and another ton of ammo, or a C3 slave. Thanks for input
