Or maybe the Panther mk 3?
Mini Griffin comes to mind as well.
Being an urban fighter, srms would be a better choice. The lrm minimum range for IS really bites.
And I know it is better protected in the chest, but maybe move the ppc into the arm for better firing arc, including rear.
