Basically it's two LB 5-X ACs with a ton of each different ammo per gun, strapped to six Improved Jump Jets for superior mobility. The same movement of a Highlander, but with double the Jump range.
The idea being to jump behind enemies, or use obstacles for cover or to jump over a ridge / cover to surprise enemies. A Guardian ECM makes it harder to detect while an ejection seat provides an escape should things go awry. A pair of ammo dumpers in the shoulders allows AC Ammo to be jettisoned in a tight situation, aka surrounded.
A lack of backup weapons means this 'Mech is fully ammo dependent.
