I want to say you didn't mark the right heat sinks. Singles for an erppc that generates 15 heat?
Then add in the ermls for 10?

Other then the lack of double sinks, it looks like a good striking light mech.
Unusual for it not to have jets, but then I know you don't like to do the same old, same old at times.

Ok. Had to recheck. No room for the unhidden innersphere double sinks. That bites.

Looks kind of like a different version of the Jackal. 1.5 tons less armor, standard SRM-2 instead of streak, you have CASE where it doesn't, and MASC. Droping the MASC would allow you to add more armor, remove the ferro-fiborous and use double heatsinks cause that thing will run hot with 10 normal. Otherwise as is, very IS with built in flaws.

Bracket firing would be the way to go, yes the PPC has heat issue, and yes you would build up a heat and lose some movement, but at the same time you do have the speed to make up for it. Smart money would be to snipe with the PPC, then get away, which given how many players react would have them coming after you, thus you can use the other weapons to beat up on them till you can use the PPC again. Mileage may vary.

Yeah I could revamp it, and I might, not sure at the moment, need to run in a game to see what happens or doesn't.

If not for most people using limited boards for a fight, the snipe and run would be great.
The issue with heat does have more problems as the 10 built for using the ermls means no cool down while using them, and you will need to be moving as well.
I could see moving one of them to the right arm and try to get it so you can flip the arm or just have a wider firing arc then having both in the left torso.
That should give you some defense while running, without heating up.
