Skirmisher is the name for this one, it has armor but not the weapons to play tag with anything for long, however, it does have a good close in punch and the ECM does give it something if you are using ECM rules or homemade ones for jamming etc...

Variants are possible and a few ideas I had were to cut some armor, and go for speed if possible, might mean a different engine type. Or revamp the weapons some and go for different set up.

max range of 9 is a small issue, though if you use it with that in mind, cover is the name.

I would think maybe some jets would help it some. Think pop in, fire, and pop back out, though that is starting to get into the tried and true thinking again.

Expensive change, but you might go with ferrous fiber armor, and drop some armor for weight elsewhere.
