Swapping out the LRM-20 for a quartet of LRM-5s might be a good idea. You'd save two tons of weight and only use 4 critical slots that way (enough for two extra heat sinks to offset the heat difference). It would also allow you more flexibility, be it splitting your fire among multiple targets, conserving ammunition when 20 missiles would just be overkill, or staying in the fight when just one of your LRM launchers is lost.
I also noticed that you're not listing the mass of each weapon, and the LRM-20 occupies one more critical slot than it should... Are you using an Artemis? That might complicate matters (for using four LRM-5 launchers), and I'm not sure Artemis is available using Standard Technology rules or 3025-tech. I may need to look it up.
