I also find the use of reflective armor interesting alongside Re-engineered Lasers, since another Re-engineered Laser would cut right through it without difficulty, and a hovercraft might also be prone to frequent physical impacts.

The J.Edgar comes to mind, though it has two missile pods and only one laser. Though no target comp. Way before they came out.
