According to Sarna the MASS, or Mechwarrior Aquatic Life Support System, must be mounted in a Torso NEXT to the cockpit.
However, on BattleMech Factory it says that the MASS should be mounted in the location with the cockpit.
Further, MegaMekLab claims the unit is invalid unless the MASS is mounted in the location of the cockpit.
However Tactical Operations seems to exclude this, giving no instructions whatsoever on placement of MASS either for or against these claims.
So, which is it?

I believe it has to be in the same location as the cockpit, according to a Tactical Operations Errata, unless it is a Torso Cockpit, in which case Sarna would be correct due to there being no more room in the center torso.
