==Overview:==
Project VFL4W was started by the Free Worlds League Militia prior to the
collapse of interstellar nation know as the Free Worlds League.

The idea was for a 6x6 wheeled Motorized Infantry Combat Vehicle that could
support motorized infantry during their dismounted operations and offer both a
scouting role and limited anti-armor capabilities as well.

The Citadel was one of seven vehicles to make it to production before the
collapse and one of three to actually be bought in large numbers by the FWLM
and many of the smaller duchies that made up the Free Worlds League.

I can't think of a criticism of this design. Speed, armor, cost, are all fine, and the Plasma rifle is a very good primary gun that either does lots of extra damage (22 max!) against vees or infantry (all types) or basically does the equivalent of a couple inferno hits against Mechs. If this were a Dark Age design where mixed tech is available I'd swap the one regular MG for two clan LMGs, one left and right. That's all I would change.
