This is a highly nimble (8/12/8) light with a significant amount of point-blank firepower in the form of TWENTY er micro lasers. Their max range is only 4, but the Kukri has the speed and jumping ability to get close enough to use them, especially in chaotic or urban terrain. A standard tactic would be to jump or dash into the rear-arc of a much heavier unit. The lasers are accurized by a Targeting Computer, so a mass volley aimed shot on a rear-torso location is a possibility. If a location is already armorless, twenty or so hits make a penetrating crit and a mission kill quite likely.
This design includes two iATM 3s, so it isn't only useful at short range. It can harass out to 27 hexes with long range iATMs, or add a nice 18 point punch to its point-blank laser volley (at the cost of heat buildup). Armor is one ton under max, so not terrible, but this design depends on agility to avoid enemy fire.
