Designer's Notes:
Yep, I just made this after seeing a picture of a robot. I thought to myself, "Imma make a Mech out of this!" It ain't that great honestly. It's strong points however are a low cost, being cheaper than a Locust or a Flea. It can fire it's weapons at a run with no heat as well as fire during a jump with no heat. And the pair of ER Medium Lasers are pretty good armament for a Light 'Mech much less a 15-ton ultralight. The mech is slow however, at 4/6/2(3) it's just too slow to be of much use. While 3.5 tons of armor is basically Charmin for BattleMechs (TM).
I could see it deployed alongside infantry for anti-vehicle work and being effective against hard targets, since the BAR rating of 10 means most small arms fire won't touch it, while it's limited mobility is still vastly superior to many vehicles and most fortifications sans an Atlas.
