I will assume there is a typo in the ct crits line. I am going to assume the extra 1 crit is supposed to be in the head.
The speed is a little slow compared to normal 55 tonners, and the lack of jets seems to be a disadvantage.
I would suggest losing a sink or two, as this alpha strike mech would have some issues with firing all weapons as some ranges. Use the streak srms or the LRMs. Probably not both unless extremely desperate.
