- This is simply an Armored Car for quickly moving infantry by the platoon. It's very expensive for a vehicle, but boasts fifty-percent more armor than a Wheeled APC, and is roughly 20 km/h faster. It can also carry as much infantry as a Heavy Wheeled APC. The X1-HAC uses an Armored Motive System and Reinforced Internal Structure to protect the wheels and expensive XL Fusion Engine which enable it's high mobility. Twelve and half tons of Heavy Ferro-Fibrous Armor let it eat up to three AC/20 rounds from any angle before going internal. Designed with bullet-resistant glass and armored door mechanisms to prevent doors from being pried open or blown off when latched down from the inside, the X1-HAC makes a good vehicle for partisan and anti-partisan operations.
- Over-sized tires allows the X1 to take to off-roading or sand with a simple swap of rubber, while her high-mounted exhaust gives her good capabilities in jungles or marshy terrain. A sealed-chassis and the capacity to seal up the ventilation of the cabin allows the X1 to drive through chemical weapons for a limited amount of time (i.e. until oxygen in the cabin is gone.) Meanwhile her high speed and good armor make her a great choice for delivering troops to a contested battlefield, or conducting extractions of Special Forces, although additional arrangements may be need in the fire support department, making this a less than cost-effective use of the design.

It sounds like environmentally sealed internals is what the vehicle has. If so, you might want to refer to the rules dealing with that. It might also allow limited time in water that isn't that deep, but would cover a normal vehicle.
I would add in the ability to fold/remove the infantry seats and allow cargo transport. This would add value to using the design, on top of just infantry movement in combat. Maybe even allow it to deliver ordinance into combat zones for the infantry and forward bases.
The lack of any defensive weapons is a down side, but doesn't destroy any use of it. Not sure if using 2 heavy wheeled transports would be better then one of these or not. Just some thoughts...
