So the only actuator in the arms is the shoulder?
Second. Is this clan ferrous armor? If not, then you have a load of crits not assigned for it.
Or is Aldis X Ferro-Fibrous, with case, a bad name for it?

Did you make it so it over heats when using it's weapons without realizing it?
Firing both ERLL's will drive up the heat without moving. Adding in anything else would make this overheat even faster.
Might think of dropping one of the MRMs and such for a pair of sinks the engine would hide. Or maybe a pair of the medium lasers.

Good point. With the lasers and 11 crits of AC in the arms, there's 12 crits of weaponry in the arms.

Interesting upgrade. A little fragile with the XL engine, but King Crabs were never the brawlers like Atlases. The biggest issue is the heat - the Emperor Crab has 20 heat points from medium lasers with the same range as its AC/20s and MRMs, so they beg to be used together on just 20 heat dissipation.

Still, it looks almost like something I'd build in the BattleTech video game. I like it.

Exchange the 4 ER Md to 2 Pulse or add more double heat sinks?

Or as noted above remove one of the MRM / FCS - add more Heat sinks?

This was just a mind exercise of mine where I just ignore the books - consider a mech and just put it together,

Consider it a security 'Mech for a large star-port.

Inner Sphere pulse lasers are too short ranged. I'd stick with ER MLs. Four of them are virtually a third AC/20, in their way.

That looks reasonable. You get 4 or 5 tons from that. 2 DHS will pop right into the 300-rated engine. You might have the space for 2 or 3 more DHS in the side torsos, though this is a crit-starved design.

Nope. First of all, its already assigning 12 critical spots to the Engine and equipment (assuming one ER LL in each side torso, as opposed to both in RT), and that's before having to absorb two more criticals from the overfilled arms. Additionally, its at full 100 tons with just the 10 gift heat sinks.

It can be made legal if some of the torso stuff moves to legs or CT, and the overflow from arms moves into the side torsos. Still need to drop the Ferro Fibrous label though as its only got 3 critical spots remaining by my math, but you gave it the full 19.5 tons of standard armor so this is probably just a typo. Still, at just 10 DHS this mech runs massively hot at a +46 alpha strike.
