I keep on hearing about new weapons and equipment like stealth armour, RAC's hyper velocity ammo. ect. where are you getting all this?

Steath Armor and RAC's can be found in the BMR: Revised (or the FM:CC and FM:FS). As for the HV autocannon ammo, I think that was in the Tactical Handbook (I'm not sure because I never had that book).

Revised BMR has a compilation of all that stuff.
MaxTech is another good source.
The Field Manuals hold most of the innovations covered in the BMR-Revised.
