This one was done up as part of can you fit an Autocannon on to a light mech frame and still make it worth wild to use afternoon bull secession with some friends.

Hang on to that one...it might be a good submission in one of my upcoming design challenges...each challenge will have certain odd criteria, (such as AC on a light 'Mech, or something like that). Could be interesting what else shows up :-)

What are you smoking? Too many jump jets to be effective? What are you on?

HOW can there be too many....

What in the hell are you talking about? The heat phase doesn't come tell the end of the bloody turn NOT during the movement phases...how long have you been playing this game? The board game that is not the computer game...

Max heat this thing can build up running is 15...it get's 5 more from the jump jets and it has 10 double heat sinks, for dispation of 20 heat, so there is no way it's going to shut down in mid air.

How about because the board game is the most important part? Because the board game started it all? Because the board game is the reason for the other games and the novels? Because 99% of BTech fans like the board game first, and everything else second?

WTF?

You are kidding right? How can this mech not work in the novels? What are you on? What game are you playing?

If you haven't noticed the computer game has about as much in common with the board game as do apples and oranges. I could care less if this mech works or doesn't work in the stupid Microshaft rip-offs called Mechwarrior. That was NOT the point of the posting.

If you haven't figure it out yet, all the mechs in the computer CAN'T be built as they stand, in the computer games, for the board game...does that tell you something as far as their being compatible? If not may I suggest you actually look at all the changes Microshaft did so in their oh so mighty opinion the game called Mechwarrior would be more fun to play...

Would going with a RAC or LAC be a better choice?
