The Drawing Board doesn't have Rocket Launchers yet. Aside from that, I'd say it would be better since it's free. However, Heavy Metal Pro does nifty things like print the Missile tables and hit locations on your 'Mech for you.

I've found HMPro to be worthwhile...and I really couldn't afford to buy it.
It makes my life a lot easier.

Um. No, I'm not saying that at all.
The ability to output to a text file is really useful when swapping designs online...that's what I use it for.
