This isn't an L1 mech, so why not use an L2 AC, like the RAC/5 or absolutely excellent UAC/10?

Would you expand on why the ratio of ACs to energy weapons is definitive of what makes the mech perfect? Is this an opinion thing? Otherwise, you might want to look at damage to mech tonnage or damage to heat as better signs of how many ACs and energy weapons to mount, or compare the AC to alternative weapons like gauss rifles and PPCs. A UAC/10 and RAC/5 probably passes a lot of those comparisons with flying colors.

I started with the Level 1 weapons on a Level 2 Chassis to be the proof machine.

The variants for it carries at least one other version on an Autocannon and lasers.

The idea is to see what makes a good mix and allows for the mech to be fleixible. And mostly I am tired of the same old load out of laser, ballistic, missile weapon mechs...so I went a different route...

I like it! Good speed, good armor, decent heat load. The only thing I would change would be to swap the AC/10 for an LBX-10, but that would be it. I see in your reply to Cray why you didn't and that sounds logical to me. I need to give this a run some time!

Okay I am sure I had this one tied into another mech's fluff...
