Yes. All the Clans possess them, although numbers of it outside the Wolves (the primary user , IIRC) numbers will be slightly less common. TYhe Nova Cats prefer another 90-ton weapon platform, the Supernova. They would also be more inclined towards the use of a Stone Rhino.
One wonders why the Wolves like the Highlander so much when it was one of those that killed Nicholas Kerensky, but oh well...
