Which rule would that be?
Light a fire for a man, and you keep him warm for one night,
Light a man on fire and he'll be warm for the rest of his life.

Ahhhh.... Sorry, don't have MunchTech.
I've used several house rules, if that helps any......

To answer the subject question: No, I haven't.
This would make a great poll, though.

Why a poll? I am looking for input on how the rule helped or hurt the battle it was used in etc...and if folks have come up with a better version of the rule.

Oh, I see, cool.
To answer your question, "Why a poll?", I was thinking that your first question is fairly binary: have you used the rapid fire rule for RACs? It's easy to write that up as a yes/no poll, and include a line of text below it to the effect of "And if 'yes,' please describe how it well it worked for you." Seeing the "no" statistic is probably a useful piece of data, too, and getting people to say "no" in a poll is easier than getting them to type in replies - they don't avoid answering as often because you've made it clear that "no" is an acceptable answer.

What the frick is with all the stravag polls, they suck.
"But it SHOULD be a spectacle! It should be grand and exciting to us all! I'd hate to think that we've become so jaded that we find even our greatest tiumph, resurrecting the Star League, simply one more obligation."

Intersting, but I would rather have a discussion on this, and find out what folks think beyond a simple yes no explain yes kind of thing.

As you might have guessed, they have two basic effects:
1) They make standard ACs almost worthwhile in 3050.
2) They make Ultra ACs almost worthless in 3050.
Both of these effects should probably be considered negative.

But you would've gotten it when you questioned people about this or that when they said, "Yes, and here's what happened..."
Alright, your thread, enjoy.
