If a Marauder had both of its legs blown off and it was prone, would it be able to fire all of its weapons in its current foreward arc?

If it has an arm then it can prop it's self up and fire everything but what is in that arm...or that is how my group interputs the rule on this...we could be wrong.
Anyone else have an answer or idea?

I think he's going by the look of the mini. I just play by the rule that you mentioned, as it would give an unfair to certain mini's if I didn't. When I change rules, it is unilaterally.

You are correct. a mech needs to have an arm to prop itself up with. It can then fire all head, torso, and non-propping arm weapons.
