Now, I know it's a conversion....but jeez! that's pretty ineffective..unless you're caught a cold and you need the warmth... 
I'd definitely drop the LRM rack and one LL (move the other to the nose) for 4 DHS and 5 ERML. Or maybe 4 ERML and another ton of armor (you need it!).

I thought about moving the PPCs to the wings...but beyond that I hadn't really given this one much thought as far as how effective it would or would not be...
It can dish out a lot of damage though and that does count for something.
