==Overview:==
Since it's introduction to the Terran navy in 2585 the Horatio Class has most
often served as a scout or close escort for larger warships. It's extra cargo
space is normally used to hold extra supplies that allows the ship to have an
extended range.

Because of it's ability to stay on patrol longer than normal, the Horatios
Class frigates normally work alone on long range patrols. This allows them to
raid lightly defended systems and be gone before the enemy can respond. Main
targets for these raids are enemy commerical and industrial targets like
orbital manufactoring facilates as well as astroid mining bases.

The marines aboard a Horatio class vessel are among the best trained in ship
to ship boarding and combat, while their numbers are not large, a mere 168
marines, their excellent training gives them an edge in close assaults and
boarding operations.

The last know Horatio Class Frigate, the Hornblower was lost in the fight
around Terra during it's liberation from the Usurper and his forces.

I think I'm in love...

My only idea--and this is personal preference--would be to redistribute the armor a tad to take advantage of threshold rounding: 261/261/261/255; or--and even more based on preference--to push the armor forward a bit, something like 120%/110%/90%/80%, or 312/286/231/212.

Can't think of anything else--I luuuuv this ship!

Those two suggestion for the armor could be improvements on later models of the Hoartios...OR if ComStar or the New SLDF revises the ship they could go with those.

Let me know if you get a chance to use this one.

Heh, wish I could, but there's no one I know who likes BT, let alone BT space combat...so I'm reduced to reading and designing...
Although, if you figure out what you want her to look like, maybe we can put her in a "Non-Canon Ship Pack" for BTSW.

I can try and come up with a picture or some ideas on what she looks like.
