Heh. Pretty massive for a cruiser.  but she has armor even a Davion would be proud of!
And she has a spinal mount! 
Although, I question the inclusion of capital weapons in this case; without them, you could cram on a full 1,000 fighter bays and make for a really, really nice carrier. Maybe leave the AR-10s, though, for extreme-range potshotting.
Otherwise...I guess the armament is OK (though I'd drop everything but the AR-10s for NAC-30 batteries, or H NPPCs if you want energy weapons; mixing and matching is inefficient, thanks to FCS).
Also, you could segregate the Cap and Std weapons to decrease FCS mass.
