Um.
I'm sorry, I just don't see the logic of this one...you're mounting half the armor your SI allows, 60! AC/2s, and an enormous maneuver drive which, because you have so little armament, isn't terribly useful.
I'm not overtly to be critical, you understand, I just don't get this design.

Small bug in the program...seems when you copy a bay some times the program picks the first weapon in the listing instread of what you are copying...grrrr....

I still don't see the logic...you have 220,000 tons more SI than you need for that armor, a big engine but no use for it (other than running away), and you're very under-armed.
