I have two empires suffering from the same problem all of my new buildings created by this new builder crew system have been built for at least 5 nevdays and still have 0 pop my ratio of residential to other is at least 5 to 1 so whats up Empire: running naked login: 5150loki

line took 6-7 nevdays to start working. but they're up and running now. they're working on this bug tho (read admin update)

I think the admins should give us some refund as we are losing money due to the not working buildings.

I have 1 new empire starting and I am not getting any tax income and the buildings I do manage to build do not have any population in them. Meanwhile my moral is falling. This fucks new empires badly.

I am a new player and i have noticed i have what i think is this 0 pop bug. But to make sure I am asking if there is any other reason why this would occur? I have a 4 to 1 ratio of resedentials to commerce buildings same siz and cf. Most have been completed for a few RL days. Is there anything else I am missing before i just chalk it up to the bug and wait for the fix? Thanks.

Chalk it up to the bug. Not sure whether you should wait for the fix or what though because the fix might be bad too.

Well all my commercials ordered to be build after the system change is stilll unpopulated (but some of my residentials are) and i really think we should get some form of refund for this

Hmmm...
The problem might have to do with level one builder crews. My empires with higher level crews have finished building and pop is there. The couple I have with level ones working on things still haven't gotten any population in the buildings.
I was thinking it might have something to do with partial biuldings but the empties aren't just partials.

In the buildings that have 0 pop for me lvs 2-4 BC were used after 1 RL the first 4 i built had pop. But these last 3 were construcated 2 1/2 RL days ago and are still not populated.

I am having a the same problem with my research facillity. It was finished buy a level 4 building crew and has a 0 population. Even after i set the technology i wanted to research the cost was $0 per day and no extra RP's coming in.

well, still not fixed here. 1000 population worth of residentals, all empty and built so far. i don't know whether i should save my money or keep building. All depends on their 'fix.' if they 'fix' it so all the empty buildings are full, i should keep building, because eventually there will working buildings. if their fix, on the other hand, is to make all NEW buildings not suffer this problem, then all 'empty' buildings will be wasted money.
Anyone know how they're planning to fix this???

I think its a case of the final update not running. In which case they would make the update run, paralyzing nev with lag for several minutes, but fixing the problem and making all your 0 pop buildings work.
