Members enjoy cheaper vehicles, an experienced LW leader, and many tips to making your empire better. Its lvl4, almost 1:1 BV:pop (a little more pop), Have my own lvl1 repairs, located close to the world center. Any faction leader interested? -------------------- There is no spoon.
