Likely other two mechs are MAD-4As....possible a raven? Am assembling battalion to go to his aid. This empire only level 5. Even for a lvl 5, a mad-4a is very valuable and the mobolization prices would definitely take their toll on the empires funds, thus limiting their campaign time length.
