First of all, thanks to the Admin for allowing me to bring this news over to your forum. We're trying to get the word out to the Battletech and Mecha Community at large. Blurb is as follows

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Hey Battletech Fans

Thanks to some hardworking members at BattletechUniverse.org, Mecha Entertainment is proud to bring you the 2004 Mecha Calendar! This calendar presents you with 12 completely new mech designs. Each month, a new mech is shown, complete with technical data and background/overview information. It is basically a calendar AND a technical readout all in one!

The calendar is 11” x 17” in size, printed on high quality calendar stock paper. The calendar pages are spiral bound together. Included with the 12 new designs, there will also be a few bonus pages in the back as well. We won’t get into too much detail, but we are confident that this calendar will be a great addition to your Battletech collection.

We are selling the calendar for $11.95 (USD) + S&H ($4.00 to Continental U.S. Overseas rates will vary). If you wish to pre-order one or more of the calendars, you can do so between now and September 15th for only $9.95 + S&H! If you order 3 or more, you will also get a 10% discount on each additional calendar. Members of BattletechUniverse.org: you have an added bonus! Cash in 50,000 C-Bills and receive FREE shipping on the calendar! We encourage those of you who are not members of BTU.org to join and earn some C-Bills in order to take advantage of this offer. This offer is good until we stop selling the calendars alltogether. It is valid not just during the pre-order period only but for the whole sale period. Please include your registered membername when you email Odysseus and mention that you want to receive the free shipping, and he will decuct 50,000 C-Bills from you.

Please use the following links to view a sample “month” from the calendar. This will give you a general idea of the calendar format and layout, as well as what kinds of information will be presented. Again, this is only a sample.

i'm very happy that MekTek, Valhalla, and Bad Karma have all put us on their news page... any odds of this happening here? (i know, nic's busy)

anyways, it doesn't seem like there is all the much interest in this compared the the other places i've been...
is it just me? or has it been especially dead here of late?
War fought without respect is but a massacre.
