==Overview:==
The Storm Lord Class of Battleship was designed the growing threat of the
Ghost Bear Battleship named the the Rasaulhauge, the very nature of the Bears
building of the their immense ship is well known, the defence of their
territorys in the Inner Sphere. But as has been proven in the past, when one
party thinks it has the ultimate weapon, they then think it gives them all the
reason they need to go about using it.
The Storm Lord was built to counter this future possibility, not suffering
from the Clan Invasions or the chaos known as the New Star League, the Storm
Haven Protectorate began construction of the Strom Lord, making no pretense on
what type of ship the Storm Lord was, Lord Tempest ruler of the SHP(Storm
Haven Protectorate) decreed, Do not give a over grown transport design, give
me a Dreadnought that can challenge and assualt the Gates of Perdition itself,
A true lord of Storm's.
With this phrase the class gained its name the Storm Lord.
==Capabilities:==
The offensive capabilities of the Storm Lord are staggering to say the
least, for extreme long rang combat the ship carrys 32 Medium Guass Rifles and
48 Heavy Naval PPC's more than capable of shredding even a McKennas armor,
much less anything smaller, but even this staggering amount of firepower is
augmented at closer ranges by the blistering array of 48 NAC/30's and 16
NAC/40's!!.
Add to this the 10 Assualt/CV dropships that the Storm Lord Carries you have
a truly credible threat even against a small Fleet, for close in defence the
Storm Lord carries 50 fighters, and to supplement this defence is the 80 ER
PPC's and 160 Small Pulse Lasers onboard the Storm Lord.
