Simply look on the faction directory. All Red marked factions are looking for members currently

Hi, I am also new to Neveron and had (before the hack attack) 4 small empires one of which is level 1. I really do not know if i should join a faction or not. I will wait at least some time before I consider that.
The question is: after we join a faction can we kick out?

Yes you can leave the faction after you join it whenever you want, but don't take it lightly since it costs the faction leader a LOT of money to accept empires into the faction. If you just leave it's a waste of their money

Yes, but remember, faction leaders (good ones) keep pretty large lists of information about their faction members, and are often more than willing to send other faction empires after "defectors". . .
