The Black Thorns. They're small, but damn, they're good. First they hand the Jade Falcons their heads, then do the same thing to the Smoke Jaguars. Here's hoping they get a mention in the new Mercs FM...

For me, its either the Hansen's Roughriders or the Eridani light Horse, both are good, and both are my favourites, but i'll have to go with the roughriders.

Hah. Mistake! 
My favorite is of course the small band "Lords of Thunder".
Because its the one I am working in.
One more is "Dantons Chevaliers" also a good team.
Now nearly more than a Bataillon of mixed troops.
Erdani Light Horse is okay. Really. Gray Death also cool.
Most of the other multi- regiment troops, however are munchy.

The Hounds and the Dragoons are definately at the top of my list. Dan Allard is a badass that I've been a fan of ever since the Warrior trilogy was released, ditto for Jaime Wolf, blah blah [insert all possible arguments about the righteousness of the characters and the units in general here].
Plus, I just dig the logos. It's really that simple for me. Why be a horse when you can be a Wolf?
