Which mech has the most Battle Value? I only have the technical readout 3067 which shows the Marauder IIC w/ the most at 2,991. I'm curious as to which mech(s) have more. Daishi perhaps?

Battle Value is not directly related to how good a 'mech really is, so the Daishi won't necessarily have a high one. Some guy from a while back had managed to design a mech with ridiculously high BV that couldn't exactly trade very much fire with other 'mechs in a similar mech.
Lousy good-for-nothing mortals. Can't live with 'em, can't live without 'em.

and im also wondering why theres a 80 or 90 (at least less than 100, dont feel like going and looking it up) ton marauder IIC in the 3055 TRO yet in the 3067 record sheets theres a 100 ton one, typo on the names or 2 diff mechs w/ same name? all the other maruaders have variants or theyre marauder IIc 2, Marauder IIC 3 etc. but not 2 of the same name

There's been "highest BV" design challenges from time to time on most BT forums. I can't find any here, but let me see what I can dig up on rec.games.mecha.

From a thread made in October of 2000. The highest BV is at the end and cracks 7600.

Notice that this mech is completely and utterly pointless. It doesn't have
any ammo at all for it's 42 AMS systems.. puting in a couple of tons in the
arms drops 80 from the BV. Plus it overheats hugely.. if I could get around
that problem, I could probably manage a higher BV mech. AMS is simply the
highest BV per ton, and ER larges seem to be the highest BV per crit.. so I
filled up on AMS, then started replacing AMS with ERLL until I ran out of
tonnage..

I'm sure I could do better at L3.. let's see..

actually, not by much. Seems like 4,500 BV is just about the upper limit,
but I'm sure someone can prove me wrong..
I tried a quick Gausszilla, and it only came out to half that.

Ah whoever would have guessed a mixtech, fractionally accounted, xxl engined, improved jump jet using LAM would be at the top of the scale.
I find that 'pinpoint' accuracy during a bombing run increases proportionally with the amount of munitions used.

I liked the most negative BV 'mech discussion with the intro of BV, never used em of cause, but that was before the minimum defensive value was 0... filled with 1/2 tons MG ammo. Cannot recall the minimum archieved.
