==Overview:==
 The Battle Liger is based on the the old Star League Black Lion and newer
Sturm Liger battlecruiser's, the design was upgraded , this was achieved by
enlarging the design to the 2.4 million ton weight class, the largest possible
hull size that could be constructed by the Storm Haven Shipyards. 

  With this increase, the armor of the new design was heavily upgraded, also
involved in this upgrade was the increasement of the ships fighter compliment
to 108 Aerospace fighters, also included in the upgrade was the upping of the
ships Capital Missile Weapons and the addition of 64 Heavy Naval PPCs

 Additionaily a more imperssive arry of Antifighter/Dropship weapons was added
to the design as compared to the Sturm Ligers.

  With all the enhancements made to the new design the Battle Liger is well
equipped for the role of Flagship in a Heavy  Battlegroup. Once again the
Great Cats prowl for prey.
