Odd to say the least, interesting to further refine the comment. I would have really loved to have some fluff or something with this... but going by whats here I don't understand alot of things... for instance why mixed tech, especially for what you used. Generally mixed tech is an easy sign of munch but here it is as if you almost tried to handicap the unit with the IS tech. Similarly why the special ECM, and what are its stats. I just don't get it I guess....
I find that 'pinpoint' accuracy during a bombing run increases proportionally with the amount of munitions used.

well I like the wolf ECM because it has a better range than the others. It has a range of 10 hexes and weighs 1 ton, battle value is 61and cost 750,000 credits.

That's not fluff, that's an out-of-character explanation. Plus, it's pretty much a given that "bigger range, lighter equipment" is preferable to standard equipment, but there's more to the game than statistics. There's a lot of in-character aspects to Battletech that this equipment is (currently) running roughshod over.
Even a little in-character explanation helps, like:
** "In 3120, Wolf Clan engineers found the aging Masaraki omni-mech to be an excellent platform to test out next generation weaponry, and advanced weaponry captured from the Inner Sphere. It was hoped this advanced technology could have its 'bugs' worked out before Clan Jade Falcon fielded its own version of advanced technology, some of which it had won in trials of possession from Clan Wolf." (OOC: This explains that a) there are other factions with this super-duper tech, so there's a semblance of balance and b) explains that this new weaponry is just that: new and experimental.)

The normal Watchdog System is from (I think) the Tactical Handbook. It is basically a standard Lvl2 clan ECM and a Lvl2 clan AP stuck together, taking up one crit, and weighing one ton. I would love to know where he came to this Wolf thingy though...

It is all his (or her) own custom tech I think. It is all totally out of wack with the things even close to level 2... (ps if you didn't notice all the wolf weapons are custom too)

Interesting...it's not the normal Masakari that we see done to death.
