Is it illegal to attack your own challenge arena with another empire you own?
Just wondering, because then I could teach people how to battle.

No its not, in fact I even asked Randy about that.
What is illegal is to attack an arena and throw it (as one side gets cash which is why challenge arenas are not in this same catagory). Now it does give cheap training and if you kill rep as normal (and morale gain/loss)

Didnt they change challenge arenas to not give training to curb exactly that abuse?

Possible, not sure. I never asked Randy on those details but mechs still skill down in normal arenas so it might be they said it but it has not been totall coded in yet.

Attacking challenges to get skilldowns is illegal, or was anyways.
But I also thought that you can't skill down from challenges anymore~~~
