Bug assigning soldiers?

I bought a couple infantry platoons and, when assigning soldiers and creating multiple, only 2 soldiers were deducted from my unassigned number instead of the full 56.

This is no bug. If you create Multiple Platoons, you just need 1 Soldier per Platoon, the rest will be autohired.
