I have a question about a specific case for calculating LOS.

Say there is a mech in 0101, targetting a mech in 0204. A straight line between them shows hexes 0102, 0202, 0103, and 0203 fall on that line. The line crosses (equally) a corner on 0202 and then 0103. I know when the line crosses an edge between two hexes, the targetted gets to choose, but this seems just as equally divided. If both are included in LOS at this angle, then there's an extra hex compared to any other LOS of equal distance, which doesn't seem right.

So my question is, do both actually get included in LOS, or does the target-gets-to-choose rule apply?
