Starting Loss/Gain Percentage

Today I got attacked by Taurian Outworld, as a lvl 7 with 86k BV and just shy of 80k pop, and a surrender rate of 30% I have lost 30k pop+ and 20k+ BV and it will not CF or surrender me.... I have 2 tickets in from bugs over the last couple months, but this one one takes the cake... how in gods name to you expect to keep players, or get new ones, when you have stuff like this happening and NO replies from the powers that be... CAN ANYONE HELP

this same bug happened to me twice when fighting members of your alliance.......
i had a lvl 7 go to a lvl 2 in 4 days.......
and a lvl 5 go to lvl 0 in 2 days..........
if i was him i'd show the same mercy that your boys show....
now you ask for exactally what your alliance refused to give on multiple occasions?
anyone but me see the bullshit in here?

ummm Dont know who did it to you, but was not me, I have been honorable in the past, stoping attacks vs people off sick (clan wolverine) etc... just because one does something does not mean all are arses

Billions lost to the bug.... as a newer (10month old or so player) this is insane..... witha 30% surrender and showing up as +32% once war is declaired(per faction leader BPing).... wow
