Missing Salvage Mechs

second time I have had Assault mech salvage vanish... assuming it's purchased salvage which goes to either your 1) salvage zone, or 2) the zone you have selected with a pop large enough to allow market sales... How can you move/transfer salvage between empires without leaving a market log? (assuming someone nabbed it vs Nev just eating it). Curious since the first time this happened was 3 months ago and the ticket is still open and it just happened a second time, with a MAD-4A this time.

You are not the only one. During the last 2-3 weeks, I have lost more than 5 mechs out of my armory. Among them, an upgraded GRF. The loss for me so far: roughly 1.2 bil in mechs. Do I bother to write a ticket? Not really. I know the answer beforehand... :-/.

Makes me feel a bit better I am not alone in it, but really, it's still getting crazy.... a secret plan to make us spend more DP by making the DP mechs vanish?

i disagree i know of more than 1 person who sent in a ticket. the trick to this is copy paste all you salvage id # then mail them to yourself to have a record that you had them.

Just finished my war, had 12 panthers salvaged, I kept the zone... and they all vanished in 90 min...

again the trick is details for WWS to track, once he gets back to working in bug tickets
Resell your salv to yourself...this forces a record with unit details to appear in your market history. Copy paste that info, along with other details etc and then open a HELP ticket on it.
Mail gets deleted / lost. The ticket will always be there, and the info is in the most useful place, where WWS can look at it and try to fix it.
Please include all details possbile with the ticket. Add to the ticket as new items dissappear etc.
Things like:
DoW vs FWar
name of empire the mech salv was taken from if taken during war
Found in a random zone during claiming zones, found in zone after a battle or bought from market?
The more details the better the chance WWS has to find and fox the issue, even if it is 6 months from now
