Jake and I have come to an agreement. As I have stated to jake in the past, and I will say again now, House of Shadows will NOT be facing deletion.
It will however be facing a severe fine, for its past involvement in 'illegal' tactics. The what and whys of that do no matter. Details about how this 'fine' is to be imposed will be made clear to the purchaser.
The amount listed above for NCash is the amount that will be available to the purchaser.
I used to have a login to this empire on the past, and I will say I think this empire has huge potential for anyone willing to put in some work.
I will be directly involved in the sale of this empire as part of our agreement.
I would also like to point out, that the bulk of the sales, will be sent to Hannibals family, while he is deployed with his countries military.
As mentioned above, this is a 3 pack of empires. There will be some Land Transfers between the empires currently at war, as agreed between parties. Aside from that, there will be no further attacks made by or against the involved empires.

It has a 23 TC Zone and an 8 TC Zone
3 Factory zones, which can all be doubled as well
