The amount of skill ups are what is nasty! I get happy to see that ten units skilled down but then thirty skilled up and that is not counting the stored pilots that skilled up...

Set at normal training all my best units are skilling up while 7-8 skilled units are skilling down. So much for random.

It seems unless you can afford one of the max trainings, the skill ups outweigh the skill downs. The cost is way to high, I can no longer even afford any training (my income just gets lower and lower everyday for no reason). Even in my level one that has max training, there have been two skill downs and in that same check the same person skilled back up on both of those skill downs. Nothing actually changed at all. So it seems that even max isn't helping out either. For an extremely expensive cost it looks like we are all going to have an 8/8 army soon enough.

I have a unit that was bought last month, and barely got out of normal training before they started the new program. I had a whole 6 gun. It is now 7 gun. Training is set for normal. So far a whole 3 units have skilled down, but 8 have skilled up.

Now correct me if im wrong, but isnt a nev year a real month, or lke 36 reay days? So a 6 guns unit should not have seen a skill up in 6 real months. Sadly enough, the last time skill ups worked, alot of units got hit 2 times on the important skills like gunnery. Half of those would never have skilled down again if they hadnt shut off the skllups. I took about 4 real months of constant training to get them to do so, and they were only skill 4.

Ok so one question I got. Any empire that is run by a casual player, How long will it take to recover from a devastating war?
Not only rebuilidng cities/finding new zones, but replacing units and getting them trained before the 150 nev day max is up? not even asking for the 30 nev days.
With this, Im talking something simple, like 4 gun units, not the 2 and under. Something that you could actually use to defend with.
And this is without having a horde of skilled soldiers in storage.

Not gonna ask about noobs, since they completely screwed with this.

Longer than 15 days given you can't train things anymore.

What's your problem, people?

15 days (real time) should be more than enough time to order some more Donation Points, either directly or via a new DP-pool ...

New perfect soldiers and or new skill multis should 'fix' any training related issues you might have had almost instantly ...

And if your surrender setting is set to 30 NevDays (= 3 real days) the more pressure, err, sorry, the more encouragement to use your credit card to get your 'fix', as soon as possible ...

Just some food for thought ...

Have a nice day / night.
