Aerospace fighter on cover and back of AT1 boxed set
      #160821 - 03/01/11 12:49 PM (198.212.99.11)

Quick qestion for those in the know.
Is the fighter on the cover of and reverse side of the Aerotech boxed set a Samurai fighter?
Is that the only place it shows up? Does it make appearances in any novels, books, sourcebooks, etc?
I looked up the stats on this site's wiki, where did that come from?

...Maybe. The Samurai is in TR:3039. The art has a twin-pronged nose like AT1, but otherwise looks quite different.

I'll ask around.

Got a response: yes, that AT1 fighter is the Samurai. However, the original Samurai is "Unseen" - it was borrowed from another setting and the artwork is now banned. The TR:3039 Samurai provides the current artwork.

I believe that the stats were first published in Sorensons Sabres.

Stats for the Longbow may have also been in that book...

I am not sure why that book comes to mind...

Sorenson's Sabres does ring a bell where I may have seen that before.
I think there was a minature released too that has the same fighter as the Aerotech 1st Ed. artwork.
Thanks for the info.
Any idea what product or game setting the origional artwork was "borrowed" from?
