The property name that controls this behavior is: AspBufferingLimit

Default is 4MB, so it means that you tried to send an output response >4MB
all at once. This usually indicates bad design in the web application, and
you may want to redesign the buffering aspect such that you either send
smaller data or not buffer large chunks of data since it increases the
likelihood of DoS on the server.

For example, this feature limit prevents an ASP in an infinite loop writing
data to the client from simultaneously draining CPU and network bandwidth
all by itself.

before you read my next comments, I want to at least say thanks for trying to find answers rather than just complain...

As for this advice provided by some 'uber tech geek'...please note the word 'generally'...with out them looking directly at the specific instance, often the correct answer can not be determined...they can give you general areas to start trouble shooting sure...but its never as easy as anyone thinks...even the experts.

I have had 'experts' working on Neveron and watched many of them create bald spots of their hairlines while scratching their heads...

you go ahead and read all those MS pages and they will tell you a lot about nothing...

mattbuck, it couldnt be anything wrong with an empire...it HAS to be something wrong with Neveron...thats why all the rest of the empires can view the page with out issues

kind of the point...i highly doubt it is...even if DABOSS had 1,000 salvage mechs, i dont think the single mech data is that large...so that advice may sound good, im sure its something far less complicated

no i have around 400 and if i was able to view them for weeks with no issues why would it now be an issue. and im aware of the number count issue. so if ive done nothing to my system and ive changed well not one thing then how could it poss be just my pc. glad to hear your stand is as always it the players pc and never. a neveron issue. if neveron had a client this wouldnt be an issue would it? l8rs the tard DABOSS

Ah no, that is a server error. Be very surprised if its not doing what it says it is doing, the trick is finding out why. daboss's queries are almost certainly exceeding the buffer thresshold if that is what the server error is reporting.

There have been many issues over the years view the savaged mech list. I would bet on it being a neveron problem

Im not saying its not possibly a Neveron issue with random salv issues

I asking him what things he may be using / doing differently, either in his empire or on his computer, as this is NOT a game wide issue

Case in point, is the players that where having trouble buying Mechs...it appeared random...no one could figure it out...then suddenly someone noticed that player made mechs listed on the Market prevented the purchase of NEW mechs...technically this is a Neveron issue, some conflicting code somewhere that was found accidentally. The players that identified that they had 'just listed a mech for sale' figured out what they changed in their empire so that the bug could be reproduced, and NOW it can be looked at for debugged / repair

Well it appears that your own empire was indeed causing the code of Neveron to hang

Earlier tonight I was working on this issue, and after storing 1600 of your 4200 unassigned soldiers, everything seemed to work just fine

When you try to load your salv page, with 344 salvage mechs, and the 4200+ unassigned soldiers [some skill 8 and some mech pilots], the game was choking on trying to laod up so many combinations of mechs to soldiers...and crashed the page in your empire.

Lesson to learn here boys and girls...STORE YOUR EXCESS SOLDIERS

Who knows what other odd ball issues like this might creep up to haunt you if you dont!

umm... I just had a salvage go missing. 1 out of the 3 salvage I had in the zone.
