so, i have 4 empires, only 1 of them actually receives the new amount. this makes no sense to me.
by the way, anyone else having nev just randomly freeze on them?

yes along with constant IE cannot dispaly errors. but dont worry SM before you reply and say its my O/S its not 4 other players are having the same issues. and its not my tard active-x settings either. l8rs DABOSS

I have 4 empires, 2+ years in age = recieving the new ammount
1 empire is 2 months old = receiving new ammount
1 new empire, new account, ~3 weeks in age = NOT receiving the new ammount.
My understanding is that it was for 'older' empires only.

that would be absolutely retarded to only give older empires an income boost. and it isn;t working that way, my newest of the 4 empires i own is now getting it, the empire that was getting it still isn't, and my oldest empire (about 7 years old) doesn't get it. this seems to be working a lot like the 500 tp thing, where everyone was supposed to get it, but as we all know, that didn't happen.

Of my 4 emps that are eligible, only 2 are getting the new amount.
The 2 that arent were lvl 0 at the time of the change, whereas the other 2 were lvl 3/4, not sure if that is relevant or not?

The change to the small empire subsidy was intended for all empires
The subsidy was based on your 'earned' income, which comes from:
Tax Income $ 30,118,640
Commerce Income 35,976,680
The subsidy is paid to any empire until it 'replaces' that subsidy with 'earned' income from buildings creating jobs and income.
The old amount of 'max' subsidy was $250k per NDay
The new amount is supposed to be $500k per NDay
The old subsidy was also reduced gradually, as the empire created 'earned' income, at a rate of $2 earned = $1 subsidy reduction, until the empire 'earned' $500k, at which point the subsidy will have been reduced to $0
The new reduction will likely be slower than that rate, but no official amount has been determined yet
The issue that not all empires are getting the subsidy is being looked into. There may be additional underlying code to the original subsidy that has not been adjusted properly yet

all 4 of my empires are level 1 or 2, none has anything that looks like a comms, all of them have pop.
1 has new money, the other 3 are still the same old 250.
