very very few people make vehicles. Of of thf 7000 empires on Neveron, only about 100 can make jeeps...
But I could give you AR-Fs fi i didn't have other customers.

at your level you dont really need a trade alliance
all you will be buying (if you play it smart) for your first month should be AR-F's
build up your economy so you CAN afford to buy bigger things instead of waiting a week to afford a large tank you could be waiting 2 days.
plus trade alliances leave the supplier out of pocket, what can you give in return?
the best thing to do is join a faction where the faction leader/members are reselling.

28 rifles @7000 = 196000
28 men @1000= 280000
total cost = 476000
BP output = 2.8
cost of EV = 15000000+
BP output = 5
for the same cost as an EV you can have 30+ units of ARF
giving you 84BP+
its economically unviable to buy EV's

just to clarify.
3 regiments of AR-F : ~200k/nevday. At 125%: ~250k.
3 Regiments of SRM-J: ~300-325?k/nevday. At 125%: ~375-400?k/nevday.
Equivalent BP in EVS: ~60k/nevday. At 125%: ~77k.
EVs represent high initial income but are much cheaper to maintain.
