(AP) - A press release was handed out to all media groups today, and it's contents are rather striking. In a time of muddled relationships between empires, and many grey lines between friend and foe, this empire has decided to take a rather bold and drastic step in declaring exactly where it stands.
Here is the full text of the press release:
"Loyal citizens, and people of Neveron. Starting at midnight tonight, and continuing for the foreseeable future, any and all Comstar and Word of Blake literature is hereby blacklisted. Any such literature found will be destroyed, and the person(s) owning said literature will be questioned. Anyone caught distributing any form of literature assosciated with either Comstar or Word of Blake will be fined up to $1,000,000 and be sentenced to up to a year in solitary confinement.
A period of one week will start at midnight tonight, during which time anyone who wishes to turn in any illegal literature may do so at their closest police headquarters. No questions will be asked, and you will receive cash for the literature totalling 75% of the face value of the literature.
This is an attempt to further limit the influence of both Comstar and Word of Blake in this empire, following the expulsion of members of both groups some time ago. Copies of this literature will be maintained in the state library for use by scholars.
It is hoped that someday these bans and restrictions will be lifted, but that day will not be coming soon."
As you can see, this is a rather drastic move. Especially in this time of turmoil. Due to the expulsion of Comstar and Word of Blake personnel several months ago, no representatives from either group could be contacted regarding this press release prior to this edition going to print. We expect to receive several communiques from both groups in the next few hours however, and those responses will be published in tomorrow's edition.

Which is why copies of the literature will be kept in the library, where they can be read, but not removed.
