Dueling Stable

Is there a specific state a mech needs to be in or what do I need to do to get a mech in my dueling stable? The button usually on the bottom of the unit info page is not there. Thanks.

you can only send a mech to your dueling stable if you have OMT as there it doesn't count towards your military maintenance.

I was hoping to cut down some maintainence costs... but I guess im not now. Thanks though.
