The 1k city is perfect to be surrounded by a larger empire
2 lvl 2 repair bays, 1 in the research zone, 1 in the 1k city, fulling stocked with part, estimated 1.5-2bil in parts
Has a 1bil warchest
Also has a double income fund pilot with 330mil that receives daily transfers, so enough nev cash will be on hand to buy another 50dp to double the income again. (currently is missing about 250mil)
As far as mutli's go, to my knowledge there is a few scattered here and there on the pilots but none can be confirmed
This empire is a steal. starting bids at $100US or 200dp
