Erm... CBT:RPG, if only because it has the errata corrected... other than that, thay're supposedly the same.

Er...They're the same game with different titles.
Wizkid's took the "Mechwarrior" trademark for their Clicktech. To avoid confusion, FanPro renamed Mechwarrior RPG into CBT:RPG when the game was reprinted.
